What we collect
Reservation and contact forms. When you book a table or write to us we collect the details you enter: name, contact information, party size, date and time, and your message. We use them only to handle your reservation or reply to you.
No tracking by default. This site does not set advertising cookies and does not profile visitors. If we add analytics, it will be privacy-respecting and aggregate-only, and this policy will be updated.
How long we keep it
Reservation requests are kept for up to 12 months for booking history, then deleted. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to resolve your request.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except the service providers that technically process our forms and email, bound by their own data-processing agreements.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to us using the contact details on this site and we will respond within 30 days.
